AI Influencer Playbook
The system behind 200+ AI-generated videos and 3M organic views
Most people see AI influencers as a novelty.
We treated them like a system.
Across 15 AI influencer accounts, we published 200+ AI-generated videos.
8 weeks later:
3M organic views
100K likes
More importantly, this work surfaced clear, repeatable strategies to reduce CAC, not one-off viral wins.
For those of you coming from our LinkedIn post, this is the full process we promised.
The system we use to build and scale AI influencer accounts on TikTok.
1) Start with Research (not ideas)
Before creating anything, define three things clearly:
The brand
The target audience
The core emotion you want to trigger
Then use ChatGPT to generate TikTok search keywords based on that positioning.
These keywords become the foundation for research winning contents in your niche.
2) Research inside TikTok (mobile only)
Search top keywords on TikTok (mobile app only)
Open the top videos and creator profiles
Go through many examples to identify patterns
3) Lock the strategy before creation
Decide before generating anything:
The AI influencer persona (vibe, voice, role)
The target audience (one, not many)
The content angle/type
POV
Talking head
Faceless
No clarity here = no scale later.
4) Analyze what’s already winning
Use any analysis tool to break down high-performing videos:
Hooks
Pacing
Structure
Scripts
At this stage, data replaces guessing.
5) Generate the AI video (correctly)
When generating:
Prompt for character, tone, scene, and motion
Do not include text overlays or music
Models we’ve had the best results with:
OpenAI Sora 2/Sora 2 Pro
Google Veo 3.1
The goal here is a clean visual base.
Here is the tool we are using: Musefy
6) Add TikTok-native elements inside TikTok
After generation:
Add text and hooks natively in TikTok
Use trending sounds
Remember: the first 1–3 seconds decide everything.
7) Post → observe → iterate fast
Once live:
Most critical metrics to track: Average Watch Time, Watched Full Videos, Engagements
Read comments closely
Study emotional reactions
This feedback loop is where accounts compound.
Additional operator tips (often missed)
Lock the persona visually
Each account should use:
A consistent AI character
A consistent profile photo
People follow characters, not formats.
Always generate a first frame
For every video:
Generate the first frame image
Then generate the video using that frame
This dramatically improves visual consistency and believability.
Consistency beats creativity
AI influencers scale through repetition, familiarity, and speed, not novelty.

Really insightful breakdown. Especially like how you framed AI influencers not just as content tools, it’s interesting for me as a product UX designer's perspective see how personality, consistency, and feedback loops become design parameters.
